Healing isn’t rare. It’s what happens when we stop interfering with life’s natural intelligence. If your healing feels blocked, stalled, or stuck, you may be up against an enemy of growth. Either to overcome trauma, for personal growth, or emotional healing, flushing the impediments to healing from your life is the first step. In this episode, I explore these two core categories: the enemies of growth and the conditions for healing.
Enemies include denial, avoidance, busyness, complacency, injured instincts, overthinking, and fear. On the other side, healing becomes possible when we create the conditions: safety, seeing, soothing, authentic intimacy, down-up processing, and loving awareness. I also offer a perspective on how these dynamics mirror entropy/devolution and syntropy/evolution.
